Every protocol at BioForge is designed, prescribed, and adjusted by a licensed clinician who has reviewed your bloodwork and your history — not by a call-center script and not by whatever you asked for on an intake form.
That clinician makes their own medical decisions. Nobody on the business side can override them, and nobody is going to lean on them to approve something that isn't right for you. If your labs say no, you get a no — and a real explanation of why, plus what to do instead.
That's the whole point. A clinic that prescribes whatever you ask for isn't protecting you, it's billing you.
We don't sell your personal information. Not to data brokers, not to advertisers, not to anyone — and there's no opt-out to hunt down, because there's nothing to opt out of.
We don't put advertising trackers on pages where you enter health information. No Meta pixel, no TikTok pixel, no Google Ads remarketing tags, and we never upload client lists to build ad audiences.
This is a deliberate choice, and an uncommon one in this industry. Federal regulators have penalized health companies millions of dollars for leaking patient data to ad platforms through exactly this kind of tracking.
BioForge currently serves clients in Florida only. You must be physically located in a state where your provider is licensed at the time of each telehealth visit.
You must be 18 or older. Eligibility for any therapy is determined by the provider based on your labs, history, and symptoms — not by us, and not by what you ask for.
We're building toward additional states deliberately rather than quickly. If you're outside Florida and want to know when we reach you, tell us and we'll follow up.
BioForge is direct-pay only. We don't bill insurance, and we don't participate in Medicare or Medicaid. What you pay us will generally not be reimbursed by an insurer.
Many clients pay with HSA or FSA funds. We'll provide itemized invoices and lab requisitions on request. Because we're direct-pay and don't seek reimbursement, we can't supply CPT procedure codes or ICD-10 diagnostic codes.
Medications and lab work are billed separately from professional fees unless your written agreement says otherwise. Pharmacies and labs are independent businesses that set their own prices.

No. Everything on our menu requires an individual prescription from a licensed provider following clinical evaluation, and the provider decides — not you, and not us. If your labs, history, or medications make something unsafe, you won't get it.
That's the point of the model. A clinic that prescribes whatever you ask for isn't a clinic.
Many are not, and we're not going to soften that. Compounded preparations are made by a licensed pharmacy under individual prescription and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality the way approved drugs are. Some are prescribed off-label. For several peptides, the long-term human safety data is limited or doesn't exist.
You'll get all of this in writing in the informed consent before you start anything, and your provider will go through it with you.
No. There's no membership, no auto-renew, and nothing recurring to cancel. You buy each step when you're ready for it — the consult, the labs, the protocol — and you stop whenever you want by simply not buying the next one.
We built it this way on purpose. If you're going to keep working with us, it should be because it's working, not because canceling is a hassle.
One honest caveat: a medication order already sent to the pharmacy can't be pulled back. Compounded medications are made specifically for you and can't legally be returned to stock, so they're non-refundable once submitted. You can still manage your account here any time.
No. We're direct-pay only and don't bill any insurer, Medicare, or Medicaid. Most clients treat this as elective spending.

Your licensed provider, and the BioForge staff who need it to coordinate your care. Your medical records are protected health information under HIPAA and are governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is stricter than our general privacy policy.
Vendors who touch your health data — our records system, our email provider — are under HIPAA Business Associate Agreements. Advertising platforms never receive it.
Not yet. We serve Florida only, and you need to be physically in a state where your provider is licensed at the time of each visit. We're expanding deliberately rather than rushing licensure.
Tell us immediately, and if it's urgent, call 911 first. For anything clinical, your provider is responsible for your care and carries their own malpractice coverage.
On the legal side: our agreements ask you to arbitrate most business disputes, and you can opt out of that within 30 days with no effect on your care. Claims of medical negligence are carved out entirely — those stay in court, with no cap on what you can recover. We're not going to ask you to sign away your right to hold a doctor accountable.
