Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: 31 July 2026
Entity: BioForge LLC (Florida)

Health care that only some people can use isn't health care. We want this site to work for everyone, and we'd rather tell you honestly where we are than claim we're finished.

Need help right now?

If any part of this site, our forms, or our client portal is difficult or impossible for you to use, email support@bioforge.health or call (305) 330-9519.

We will complete any transaction with you directly — applying, enrolling, updating your information, or canceling — by phone or email, at no additional cost and with no disadvantage to you.

Our commitment

BioForge is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That standard is the benchmark referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and it's what we hold ourselves to.

We treat accessibility as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time project. It is considered when we add pages, change designs, or select vendors.

What we've done

  • Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading hierarchy, so screen readers can navigate by section
  • Text and background colors selected for contrast against the dark interface
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, expandable FAQ items, and cookie controls — no mouse required
  • Responsive layouts that reflow rather than break when text is enlarged or the window is narrowed
  • Descriptive link text instead of bare "click here"
  • Legal documents with in-page contents so you can jump to a section instead of scrolling
  • Status information on our therapy menu conveyed in text as well as color, so it isn't lost to color blindness

Known limitations — stated honestly

We have not completed a formal third-party audit, and we're not going to imply otherwise. Areas we know need work:

  • No independent WCAG 2.1 AA audit has been performed. One is planned.
  • Some interactive elements may not yet expose complete ARIA state to assistive technology.
  • Third-party components we embed later — scheduling, payments, the client portal — are built by other companies, and their accessibility is not fully within our control. We will make it a selection criterion and will push vendors on it.
  • Documents distributed as PDF may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Ask and we will provide any document in an accessible format at no charge.

Tell us when something doesn't work

Reports from people who actually use assistive technology are more useful than any checklist. If you hit a barrier, please tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what technology you were using.

Email support@bioforge.health with "Accessibility" in the subject line, or call (305) 330-9519.

We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and to respond substantively within 10. If a fix will take longer, we'll tell you that and give you a workaround in the meantime.

Formal complaints

If we don't resolve your concern, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division at ada.gov. We will not retaliate against anyone for raising an accessibility concern or filing a complaint.
