Keeping it is easier
than getting it back.
Every month you spend deciding is a month of follicles you do not get a second shot at. Treatment is very good at holding a hairline and only moderately good at rebuilding one.
Does this sound like you?
Men watching a hairline creep or a crown open up. Women noticing a widening part, more hair in the brush, or a ponytail that has visibly thinned. Both respond to prescription-strength treatment and both respond badly to waiting another year to see what happens.
Female hair loss is a different workup than male, and it gets dismissed constantly. Thyroid, ferritin, vitamin D and hormones matter more in women — and those are exactly the tests nobody runs before handing over a bottle of minoxidil.
- Compounded topical formulaThe two most evidenced approaches in a single solution at concentrations set for you — not three separate bottles you will abandon by March.
- Oral finasteride or dutasterideBlocks the conversion driving male pattern loss. We will discuss side effects honestly rather than glossing over them.
- Topical-only optionsFor men who want the mechanism without the systemic exposure.
- Bloodwork firstThyroid, ferritin, vitamin D, zinc and hormones. Deficiency-driven hair loss will not respond to a topical, and treating it as if it will wastes a year.
- Women's protocolsBuilt around the actual cause rather than a male formula at a lower strength.
- Photo trackingStandardized photos at baseline, three months and six months. Hair changes too slowly to judge in a mirror.
Availability of any therapy is determined by individual clinical evaluation and may change as federal compounding rules evolve. Pricing is provided in writing before anything is ordered.
Every journey starts with a call.
Before anything is ordered, prescribed or charged, you spend 15 to 30 minutes one-to-one with a coach working out what you actually want to change and what has already been tried. That conversation decides which panel you need — everything after it is built backward from your answer.
The things people actually ask.
How long before I see anything?
Six months before you judge it — and expect shedding in the first month. That is old hair being pushed out by new growth, it is a sign the treatment is working, and it is the point at which most people quit.
Will finasteride cause side effects?
A minority of men report changes in libido or mood. Usually reversible on stopping. We will have that conversation properly before you start, and topical-only options exist if you would rather not take the systemic route.
Can I regrow a bald spot?
Honestly, mostly no. Follicles that are fully gone do not come back from a prescription. Thinning areas can thicken considerably. Anyone promising you a full restoration from a bottle is selling something.
Does this work for women?
Yes, and it works better when we find the underlying cause first. Female pattern loss frequently has a thyroid, iron or hormonal driver sitting behind it.
