Women's Hormone Therapy

You are not
imagining this.

Perimenopause starts years before anyone mentions it, and the symptoms rarely arrive labeled. We test comprehensively and treat what your bloodwork actually shows.

Who this is for

Does this sound like you?

Women in their late thirties onward who are dealing with sleep that broke and never came back, hot flashes, mood swings that don't match the situation, brain fog, weight that shifted to the middle, a libido that vanished, or joint aches nobody can explain.

Also for women who were told their labs were normal. A single TSH and an estradiol level is not an evaluation — it is a formality.

What your clinician may use
  • Bi-Est creamTwo estrogens in a measured dispenser, so your dose is identical every morning.
  • ProgesteroneBalances estrogen and is required alongside it. Most women notice the sleep benefit first.
  • Testosterone for womenThe most under-used therapy in women's health. Libido, energy, motivation, bone density and lean mass all sit downstream of it.
  • DHEAA precursor your body converts as needed. Declines from your late twenties.
  • Thyroid assessmentFrequently the actual cause of what gets blamed on hormones.
  • Supporting nutrientsWritten alongside your prescription. We don't sell them.

Availability of any therapy is determined by individual clinical evaluation and may change as federal compounding rules evolve. Pricing is provided in writing before anything is ordered.

01

Every journey starts with a call.

Before anything is ordered, prescribed or charged, you spend 15 to 30 minutes one-to-one with a coach working out what you actually want to change and what has already been tried. That conversation decides which panel you need — everything after it is built backward from your answer.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

Isn't hormone therapy dangerous?

The fear traces largely to one 2002 trial using a different formulation, in older women, started long after menopause. Current understanding is far more nuanced. Your clinician will go through your personal risk properly rather than quoting a headline at you.

I'm still getting periods. Am I too early?

No. Perimenopause can begin a decade before your last period, and it is often when symptoms are worst — hormones are fluctuating rather than simply low.

Will testosterone make me bulky or deepen my voice?

No. Those effects come from doses many times higher than we prescribe. We dose to a healthy female range, not a male one.

My doctor said my labs were normal.

Normal is a population range, not your range. We look at the full picture alongside your symptoms, which is a different question from whether you have a disease.
