Train hard. Recover
like you used to.

Training capacity is rarely the limit after forty. Recovery is. This section is about closing the gap between what you can do and what you can do again on Thursday.

Who this is for

Does this sound like you?

People who still train seriously and have noticed that the session is not the problem — the two days afterward are. Also people working around a nagging injury that has not fully resolved.

An honest note: this is the category with the most hype and the least settled regulation. We will tell you plainly what is available, what is not, and what the evidence actually supports.

What your clinician may use
  • SermorelinPrompts your own growth hormone release. Sleep quality first, recovery second, body composition over months.
  • TesamorelinMore potent, FDA-approved, notable for its effect on visceral fat specifically.
  • Hormone optimizationTestosterone drives recovery more than any peptide on this page. Start here.
  • NAD+ and glutathioneCellular energy and oxidative stress, which is what recovery actually is at the cell level.
  • Repair peptidesBPC-157 and TB-500 are under active FDA review. Not currently available to us. We will say so rather than substitute.
  • Sleep and nutritionRecovery is built at night and in the kitchen. The injections are the smallest part.

Availability of any therapy is determined by individual clinical evaluation and may change as federal compounding rules evolve. Pricing is provided in writing before anything is ordered.

01

Every journey starts with a call.

Before anything is ordered, prescribed or charged, you spend 15 to 30 minutes one-to-one with a coach working out what you actually want to change and what has already been tried. That conversation decides which panel you need — everything after it is built backward from your answer.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

Can I get BPC-157?

Not from us right now. In July 2026 an FDA advisory committee reviewed it for the approved compounding list. The recommendation is advisory and rulemaking is still pending, so the legal position has not actually changed. We will offer it the week that changes.

Do you work with competitive athletes?

We can, with a clear caveat: several of these compounds are on the WADA prohibited list, including TB-500 and growth hormone. If you are tested, tell us up front and we will build around it.

Is peptide therapy safe?

For several of these, long-term human safety data is limited or does not exist. That is a real answer rather than a comfortable one, and you will get it in writing before you start anything.

What actually works best?

Fixing your hormones and your sleep. It is less exciting than a peptide protocol and it does more.
