Energy that lasts
past 2pm.
If you have been told your testosterone is 'normal' while you feel anything but, the problem is usually the reference range, not you. We test properly and treat what we find.
Does this sound like you?
Men who recognize most of this list: energy that falls off a cliff mid-afternoon, training that no longer produces results, a libido that quietly disappeared, brain fog, irritability, sleep that doesn't restore, and body fat that has started accumulating where it never used to.
- Testosterone therapyBio-identical testosterone compounded in MCT oil, dosed across the week rather than in one weekly spike.
- EnclomipheneFor men who would rather raise their own production than replace it. Preserves fertility.
- HCGKeeps the natural signal to the testes active. We recommend it for nearly every man on therapy.
- Estrogen managementUsed sparingly, and only when labs and symptoms agree. Over-suppressing estrogen makes men feel worse, not better.
- Daily tadalafilLow-dose, daily. Blood flow, prostate symptoms, and training all benefit.
- Supporting nutrientsWritten alongside your prescription. We don't sell them.
Availability of any therapy is determined by individual clinical evaluation and may change as federal compounding rules evolve. Pricing is provided in writing before anything is ordered.
Every journey starts with a call.
Before anything is ordered, prescribed or charged, you spend 15 to 30 minutes one-to-one with a coach working out what you actually want to change and what has already been tried. That conversation decides which panel you need — everything after it is built backward from your answer.
The things people actually ask.
How long before I feel different?
Sleep and mood often shift within two to three weeks. Body composition takes three to six months. Levels take six to eight weeks to stabilize, which is why we don't change your dose before then.
Will this affect my fertility?
It can, significantly. Tell us before you start if children are on the table — the protocol looks different, and HCG or enclomiphene may be the better route. Testosterone is not birth control.
Do I have to inject?
Injection is the most reliable and least expensive route, and it takes about fifteen seconds once you've been shown. Creams exist if needles are genuinely a barrier.
Is this a lifelong commitment?
Usually, yes, if you replace rather than stimulate. Stopping is manageable with a proper restart protocol — but go in knowing that.
