You can cancel here, in writing, without speaking to anyone. We will not route you to a retention call or ask you to explain yourself.
We confirm your cancellation by email within one business day, and the confirmation states the date it takes effect.
You have no subscription, so there is no recurring charge to switch off — this tells us to stop your protocol and place no further orders. It does not by itself refund amounts already charged, and compounded medication already submitted to a pharmacy for you cannot be returned or refunded once it has been prepared. Our Terms set this out in full.
If you have an active prescription, we will tell your prescriber so your care can be transitioned safely. We will not leave you without a plan.

We do not require a particular form of words. If you tell us you want to cancel, that is a cancellation.
If you are in the middle of treatment
Tell us in the box above and we will make sure your prescriber knows. Stopping some therapies abruptly is not advisable, and you should speak with your practitioner before discontinuing anything you are currently taking. Stopping your protocol does not end that conversation.
