IPSS / AUA Score

Measured in questionnaire, 0–35

A seven-question score of urinary symptoms — stream strength, urgency, night-time trips. Not a lab, but a required baseline.

What the numbers mean

These are the ranges BioForge works to. They are not the same as a lab's reference range, which is built from the general population rather than from people who feel well.

What moves IPSS / AUA Score

Worsened by prostate enlargement, caffeine, alcohol, evening fluid intake, and some cold medicines. Severe untreated symptoms are a reason to delay therapy, not a permanent block.
