Triglycerides

Measured in mg/dL — fasted

Circulating fat from your last meals and your liver. A fast-moving marker of diet and insulin health.

What the numbers mean

These are the ranges BioForge works to. They are not the same as a lab's reference range, which is built from the general population rather than from people who feel well.

Low
<40
Optimal
<90
High
>150 · >500 = pancreatitis risk

What moves Triglycerides

The most diet-responsive lipid. Raised sharply by alcohol, sugar, refined carbohydrates, and a non-fasted draw. Falls fast with fat loss, alcohol reduction and omega-3s.
