A kidney filtration marker that is not affected by muscle mass. The better test for anyone who lifts.
What the numbers mean
These are the ranges BioForge works to. They are not the same as a lab's reference range, which is built from the general population rather than from people who feel well.
What moves Cystatin C
Unaffected by muscle, creatine or protein intake. Mildly affected by thyroid status, steroid medications, and obesity. Ask for it whenever your creatinine looks high and you train hard.
