What the numbers mean
These are the ranges BioForge works to. They are not the same as a lab's reference range, which is built from the general population rather than from people who feel well.
What moves Urinalysis
Protein can mean kidney strain, but also a hard workout or dehydration the day before. Blood needs a real explanation. Glucose appears when blood sugar runs above roughly 180. Trace findings on one sample are common and are repeated rather than acted on.
