Progesterone
Present in men at low levels as a precursor hormone. Relevant mostly as a counterweight to estrogen and for sleep quality.
What the numbers mean
These are the ranges BioForge works to. They are not the same as a lab's reference range, which is built from the general population rather than from people who feel well.
What moves Progesterone
Rises with hCG use, since hCG stimulates the same pathway. Also affected by adrenal output. Low values in men are usual and rarely treated on their own.
