What is a good GGT level?

BioForge works to an optimal range rather than the lab's reference flag. For GGT that is <30, measured in U/L. A result inside the lab's normal range can still sit outside the range where most people feel and function well.

What moves GGT

Alcohol is the dominant driver. Also raised by fatty liver, bile duct obstruction, and several medications. Falls within weeks of cutting alcohol.
